Each component is very different but they are all necessary to create a thriving workplace and to ensure the progress of our Mission, Vision, and Purpose.
EOMC is committed to encouraging diversity, equality and inclusion in our workforce, and eliminating bias and discrimination in our practices.
The aim is for our workforce to be truly representative of society, and for each partner and client to feel respected and able to give their best. The organization – in providing goods and/or services – is also committed against biases and discrimination of customers or the public.
Our commitment includes training managers and all other consultants about their rights and responsibilities under the EO Mobility “Equality, Diversity and Inclusion” policy. Responsibilities include consultants conducting themselves to help the organization provide equal employment opportunities, and prevent bullying, harassment, victimization and unlawful discrimination.
Through ongoing education and awareness, we support our workforce in their creation of a more inclusive environment and empower them to achieve their full potential. We encourage people to champion different ideas, strengths, interests, and cultural backgrounds.
We also believe that by supporting the uniqueness of each of our employees, and promoting an inclusive work culture, we will inspire our partners and clients to do the same.
Leveraging the diversity of our team equips us to better support our diverse clientele.
